Farnley pupils bake a Christmas treat

​It’s the night before Christmas, and Bethlehem is holding its annual baking competition.

This year, though, there are a few surprise contestants: some shepherds, a choir of angels and three wise-looking chaps on camels.

There was a full house at St Lucius' Church for Bethlehem Bake Off, a nativity for primary children, delightfully performed by the pupils of Farnley Tyas First School.

​Well done to them all for a great production.
